Handouts

(Virtual) handouts for the class are available here. These (usually) won't actually be handed out in class, so you will need to print them out for yourself.

• Final exam preparation. You should print out this 16 page document and bring it to the final exam. The last 2 pages are blank and can be used for you to write in notes, equations, definitions, etc., that you might find useful in the exam.
• Practice short-answer questions similar in style to those on the final exam: download.
• Shipping department example illustrating global usefulness F-test, nested model F-test, and individual t-tests.
• Mid-term exam preparation - bring this to the mid-term exam in class on Wed Apr 30.
• Practice mid-term exam: download or take the exam on-line - we'll review the answers in class on Mon Apr 28.
• Group Member Evaluation document. You will get to fill this out up to three times:
  • At the end of the mid-term exam to see how things are going so far - these evaluations will not be used to adjust group homework scores, but will hopefully allow any problems to be identified and corrected before it gets too late.
  • At the end of the final exam - these evaluations will be used to adjust group homework and SIA scores (and project scores if you do the project).
